Note: These workshops are educational and movement-based. They are not medical treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for professional medical care. Participants are encouraged to consult their physician for any specific medical concerns.

Iyengar Yoga is renowned worldwide for its precision, attention to detail, and intelligent use of props — qualities that make it uniquely effective at building joint stability, postural awareness, and body intelligence. This workshop translates those principles into a movement practice designed to reduce the everyday wear-and-tear that leads to injury. Led by a certified Iyengar instructor.

Tight hamstrings? Cranky lower back? Can’t-touch-your-toes-and-don’t-care-but-actually-kind-of-care? This is the workshop for you. We walk through forward folds the way they should be taught — with props, modifications, and genuinely useful technique — so that even the stiffest body finds more length and less strain. Participants typically leave moving noticeably more freely than when they arrived.
Corporate desk-worker groups, country club active-aging programs, anyone who has ever blamed their hamstrings for something

Back pain is one of the most common — and most misunderstood — complaints in modern life. This workshop applies the precision and prop-supported intelligence of Iyengar Yoga to the muscles and movement patterns that most often contribute to lower back discomfort. Through carefully sequenced poses using chairs, bolsters, blocks, and straps, participants learn to release chronic tension, strengthen supportive musculature, and move with greater ease. Led by a certified Iyengar instructor.
